These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pka777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements or understandings.

Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or close the relevant account and to decline pending withdrawal requests pending investigation, in accordance with applicable AML requirements.
To open a Player Account, you must complete the online registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
One Player Account per individual is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
KYC Documentation. Prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any earlier time at pka777's discretion, the Platform may require you to submit identity verification documentation, which may include:

You must never submit sensitive identity documents via email, social media or any unsecured channel. Documents must not be altered, obscured or falsified in any way — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier. Deposit minimums and maximums are displayed at the point of transaction. Payment method availability may vary. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual — their presence on this list does not imply those organisations endorse or support gambling activity on this Platform. Players must verify which methods are currently active in their cashier before initiating a transfer.
5.2 Currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as an account currency, all balances and transaction amounts will be denominated in PKR. Where PKR is not a supported account currency, the cashier will display applicable conversion information.
5.3 Cryptocurrency. BTC, USDT and other cryptocurrencies may be accepted where indicated in the cashier. Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the relevant blockchain. Cryptocurrency transaction fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.

5.6 Declined Transactions. The Platform reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where fraud, AML concerns, technical errors or suspected policy violations are identified. The Player will be notified and the relevant balance returned to the originating payment method where applicable.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pka777 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's information pages. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Real Money Balance. No claim shall arise from a malfunction payout that differs from the displayed odds or outcome.
6.3 Disconnection. pka777 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnection or interruption of internet service on the Player's side. Where a game round is interrupted, the Platform's server log shall be the authoritative record of the round's outcome.
6.4 Sports Betting. Where sports betting is available — including markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, football, UFC and other live events — the applicable sportsbook rules govern the settlement of each wager. Markets are offered subject to data feed availability and may be suspended or voided at the operator's discretion where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
6.5 Return to Player (RTP). RTP percentages for slot and casino games are published or available on request. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across all players over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes in any single session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.1 By the Platform. pka777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the Player is no longer eligible, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm (including harm arising from problem gambling indicators).
9.2 By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests submitted as part of a responsible gambling self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the procedures described in Section 12. Closure requests submitted for any other reason will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.
9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, regardless of the initiating party, any outstanding Bonus Balance and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited. Real Money Balances in compliant accounts will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's jurisdiction confer jurisdiction upon local courts.
pka777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice upon login. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the pka777 Platform following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
